  1. I was put in contact with Chef Mark and his lovely wife Cady through the owners of the villa that we'd book for our stay in Turks and Caicos in April 2016. We were a group of 8 celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary and instead of having a meal out at restaurant we wanted to have an intimate private family meal at our villa. From the moment we started exchanging emails Chef Mark and Cady were quick to send me their menus , answer my questions and lead me in the right direction. I myself have some food restrictions and allergies and they were open to switching things out for me so that I could also enjoy their services. We emailed back and forth for months as I needed to confirm details and menus with my parents as the dinner was in their honour.They were both patient with me as we worked on the menu selections.They were even kind enough to recommend and supply our wine choice to go with our meal. Upon their arrival at the villa they got right to work. Chef Mark went over my restrictions and allergies with me and made sure everything was on track before dinner service started. We'd decided on an appetizer of shrimp cocktail, mixed green salad with cranberries and pecans along with rack of lamb or reef and beef as our entree.Everything was fantastic...not a morsel of food was left on anyones plate ! We had double chocolate cake for dessert that Chef Mark baked fresh at the villa. They went out of their way to present it with some sparklers in the numbers " 5-0" and sang happy anniversary to my parents. Overall our experience using Chef Mark and Cady's services were outstanding.I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occassion. We hope to return to the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos sometime in the future and we will definitely be using their chef services again

We hope to return one day to the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos and be able to book you again for another spectacular meal...and we will definitely return.   3. My wife and I stayed on the ground floor at Tuscany. We had a personal chef cook one evening in our condo and I would recommend that for anyone looking for a "special" intimate evening. We had Chef Mark, great food and a really nice guy.

  4. A husband/wife Chef team did my sister-in-law's dinner. The Claytons prepare an in-home meal for their family. They said they really enjoyed that evening, and also said they were terrific. I'd love to recruit the same team to prepare a special meal for our family.

  5. I finally had my "wow" meal. Chef Mark Clayton does an outstanding job. My bronzed tuna and my husband's tilipia were excellent. They had a children's menu so there was no problem for my son, and the service was excellent.

  7. Over the years, I've had the privilege to travel the world and thus enjoy many different types of cuisines. My recent trip to Turks & Caicos was one of my best experiences ever! The people are exceptionally friendly. The beaches and accommodations were excellent. However, the highlight of my trip was experiencing the culinary skill and gift of Chef Mark and his team. Every entrée, every dessert, every presentation of every meal was impeccably served with the grace of a true artisan. Chef Mark and his team exceeded all of our expectations and set the bar way high.   8. Private Chef extraordinaire! It was agreed by us that we didn’t want to spend time in the kitchen preparing meals. During our 8-day stay in Turks and Caicos, the property manager of Adam and Eve recommended Chef Mark to be our private chef during our stay. I checked out the menu options, called him to find out if I could customize our menu. I worked with Chef Mark on the menu options, reserved the dates, and times. We took advantage of Chef Mark’s services for three breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner. What blessed me the most was he did the shopping for all the meals, served, did the cleanup, and wrapped the leftovers in the "frig". Everything menu option was practically created for the first time by him with my “Pinterest” recipes and they were prepared as if he made them every day! Everything we ate was out of this world fantastic! Chef Mark is not an ordinary chef; he takes it to the next level... an absolute dining experience! Here are some of the customized items Chef Mark prepared for us; grilled caribbean lobster with creole sauce, grilled steak & potato kabobs, brown stew fish, fried dumplins, curry chickpeas & potato, ackee and salt fish, grilled garlic cajun shrimp cobb salad with vinaigrette dressing, fresh tropical fruits for all three breakfast meals, oven roasted smoked sausage and potatoes, apple pie slab, carrot apple bread, pineapple banana bread, and my favorite was that during breakfast everyone had their eggs anyway they wanted it prepared. Our entire party highly recommends Chef Mark to anyone seeking to have a special occasion, family meals, or just someone to cook great meals while they enjoy Turks and Caicos without the fuss of cooking. We couldn’t take him and his wife Cadian back with us but we all know that if and when anyone of us returns to Turks and Caicos Chef Mark will be the only private chef we hire. Sophia scription

  9. Our rental agency recommended Chef Mark and Cady and we could not have been happier. We were staying in villa with 4 other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday. Cady made the planning process simple and efficient and Mark made it come to life for our party of 10. They produced each item I requested beautifully and everything was delicious. Cody and Mark are two of the nicest people I've met. Cady even took the time to take one of our guest to an urgent care who had not been feeling well that day!. If you want a seamless, memorable meal at your villa.

  10. We first met Chef Mark and Cady in 2013 when they arrived at our Villa and prepared a scrumptious meal for 10 people. They were the first phone call we made when we returned to T&C this week (June 2017) for a friend's 50th B-Day celebration. Their professionalism and infectious personalities will win you over. The presentation of each course is both inviting to look at and delicious to devour. Thanks again for a fabulous evening.

  11. I am writing to express our great thanks to Mark and Cady Clayton of MaCacC PP. They catered dinners at our home while we were recently vacationing on Turks and Caicos. Mark is a gifted executive chef, and is able to create in the kitchen because he has Cady working at his side. The meals and desserts were exquisite - interesting combinations, sumptuous, and so fresh. Beyond the food the couple are wonderful people who taught us a lot about the Island. They took us under their wing and added so much to an incredibly memorable family stay on such a beautiful island.
